You are hereby invited to attend the Annual General Meeting of Oxfordshire RFU where the Executive Board will provide an update on County activity throughout the 2017/18 season and the plans and priorities for the forthcoming seasons.
The Board will also provide reports on the County finances and from our President and RFU Council Representative. We will also ask for the ratification of the proposed Executive Board members.
Importantly, Club Representatives will have the opportunity to ask the Executive Board any questions they have and/or provide feedback from their respective clubs in terms of activity and any challenges they may have. This feedback and information continues to be invaluable to the County in ensuring we provide the necessary support to clubs and guidance where required.

NOMINATIONS
There are a number of exciting opportunities to undertake roles at the County level (on the Executive Board as well as sub-committees). Clubs are cordially invited and encouraged to submit nominations for anyone interested in undertaking any of the roles (please have any nominations submitted to the County Secretary no later than 30th June 2018).
