From establishing a minis section in 2009 to having 25 junior players form a guard of honour for England's senior side at Twickenham, it has been a whirlwind eight years at Didcot RUFC.
"When we decided to form a minis section, we had one squad of U7s playing tag rugby and now we have 150 registered players from U6s all the way to U13s," said Paul Levell, from Didcot RUFC.
The Oxfordshire club's recent success at junior level was capped off by being chosen to take part in England's open training session at Twickenham. See englandrugby.com
'Once in a lifetime'
"It has been a once in a lifetime opportunity for these kids and everyone involved," said Levell. "It's not everyday you get to walk out the tunnel at Twickenham and watch the England side run out. They will never forget it."
Didcot were chosen to take part having been nominated through the Old Mutual Wealth Kids First programme for exemplifying rugby's values.
"Being a small club, we've always placed a real value on each and every player so making the Old Mutual Kids First Pledge was an easy decision to make," said Levell.
"The growth that we have had here is down to putting the enjoyment and development of players first. It has allowed the club to flourish and it has been amazing to be rewarded for that at Twickenham."
After leading the guard of honour, the players were also introduced to Prince Harry.
"It was so exciting to meet Prince Harry and also being part of the guard of honour to cheer the England players," said Harry Levell.
"I love playing rugby and it was so cool to come to Twickenham today with my friends from my rugby club Didcot RFC."
