All RFU Registered Age Grade Rugby players have been moved up one year.
In readiness for the 2019-2020 season, all RFU Registered Age Grade Rugby players have been moved up one year on the England Rugby Game Management System (GMS) to their new age-group i.e. John Brown in the Under 11s is now showing as an Under 12.
How does this affect clubs from a management perspective?
1. All your Volunteer Workforce in an Age Grade Rugby "Team" on GMS will need to be moved up to their 2019-2020 Age Group "Team". This includes coaches, team managers, first aiders, volunteers
2. All RFU Playing Up procedure requests (within RFU Regulation 15) will need to be completed ahead of the 2019-2020 season and sent to the Oxfordshire RFU Safeguarding Manager for approval (Jenny Bosley)
3. All GMS Club Training Reports will reflect the 2018-2019 season until the workforce is moved up one age-group i.e. Under 11s to Under 12s
