In any organisation, the giving of awards for services rendered is a pleasing duty. Within Oxfordshire, County Badges may be awarded to players. These can also be awarded by the full County Committee to members of the County Union who have rendered outstanding service to the game within the County. Award ties may also be awarded for outstanding service. The full County Committee can also grant Honorary Life Membership, the highest honour which it can give and only rarely awarded.
